Home-made Pork Burger

To find a good delicious pork burger is difficult in Malaysia, instead buying from restaurant, poshies kitchen Executive Chef (Mr. Bryan Chia) would like to share us some trick how to made Pork Burger less then 45mins.

The main ingredient sure is the mince pork, to make it more delicious, bryan had add in some mince prawn as well. To flavor, add in salt, pepper, egg yolk, once you had make in even then add in some corn flour to make  dough. I would suggest you to use non stick wok and add in little olive oil and fry it cook.

The bread, butter and bake it, set a site ready for use. I personally love onion, so we slice onion, cucumber, tomato as side ingredient for this delicious pork burger .

Our executive chef is very particular, he fried some onion omelet, so we can have tall tower of burger.

I am also a cheese lover, thanks to my sister's boyfriend - Sacha from Netherland, they give me this lovely cream cheese, so i decide to make double cheese pork burger, cream cheese + cheddar cheese.

Very filling, and yet is much more healthier then u buy those frozen burger meat in the market.

Hope you are enjoy reading... simple and easy just like 1, 2, 3

Eastin Hotel - Eyuzu Japanese Cuisine

Is a lovely evening.....
beautiful me + beautiful restaurant + beautiful food

I can't stop loving Japanese Food after dining at Eyuzu Japanese Restaurant at EASTIN HOTEL.

This lovely pot is not lemon tea, is the special clear soup with vegetable only, no oil in it.... Is a refreshing soup before we start the meal.

Sashimi is really fresh and thick, according to the chef, mention that they give the same quality grade of Sashimi in the Buffet as same as the ala cart menu.

Marinated White Tuna is the most special and eye catchy at the cold bar area. Fabulous, it need a day marination to have this taste. Yum.. Yumm..

Cawan mushi is also one of my favorite, very smooth...

Bake Oyster with cheese... drop my heart off

Do you know what is the main ingredient that determine a good plate of tempayaki?

The answer is: BUTTER..... but what the chef mention, the butter sauce we can't get it in the market, because the butter they use is all cook in house. Especially the butter for salmon tempayaki, they use the quality grade salmon boon and boil until creamy and store it become butter. Once fried it up with the special made butter, you want more although you are full.

Hot food area.... all famous Japanese snack.. like Ebi Gyoza (prawn dumpling), Tako Yaki (Octopus dumpling), Unagi Kabayaki (Grilled Eel), Tore Teba Soyu Zuke Yaki (Grilled Chicken Wing)

You name it they have it...

Assorted Omochi, Dessert and Ice-cream

Hence, it was his drive and passion that allowed Eyuzu to be recognized as one of the preferred Japanese restaurant when it bagged the Best Japanese Asian Cuisine Restaurant 2007/2008 Platinum award, Hospitality Asia.

As a conclusion, is a lovely dining experince...Above 3 dish that I love the most, Sashimi is so fresh and i can eat a tone, the black sesame rice ball soft and with cashew nut powder, lastly the shark fin soup... is thick and creamy , not like normal Chinese restaurant, after serve in the bowl will turn waterly but although i had place it more then 20minutes still thick and nice. Of course, please finish it up when it still hot, if not won't taste as good when is hot.

Everyday.com.my is having a deal with Eastin Hotel....... let's go Japanese food.
